2. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging BrightTokens Studio services agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete project requirements and information.
– Give timely feedback, approvals, and necessary assets during the project lifecycle.
– Adhere to agreed project timelines and deadlines.
– Ensure necessary access, permissions, and credentials for website or platform-related tasks.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms for BrightTokens Studio services are outlined in your project proposal or contract.
– A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences.
– Remaining balances are due upon project completion and before final deliverables are released.
– Delays in payment may result in delays in delivery or project suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, design files, source code, and development assets) associated with the final deliverables created by BrightTokens Studio belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Until full payment is received, all project files remain the property of BrightTokens Studio.
5. Revisions and Changes
BrightTokens Studio is committed to client satisfaction.
– Reasonable revisions and changes will be accommodated as outlined in the project agreement.
– Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
6. Confidentiality
Both BrightTokens Studio and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice if:
– There is a breach of the Terms, or
– Circumstances justify such action.
Termination may require the client to pay for work completed up to the termination point.
8. Limitation of Liability
BrightTokens Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
We strive to provide reliable and accurate solutions, but cannot guarantee the performance or functionality of third-party tools, platforms, or technologies.
9. Changes to Terms
BrightTokens Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
Continued use of our Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
