This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by BrightTokens Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Scope of the Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all design, development, and maintenance services provided by BrightTokens Studio, including but not limited to:

– UI/UX Design
– SaaS and Web Application Design
– Website and Mobile App Design
– WordPress Development
– Webflow Development
– Shopify Development
– Brand Identity and Digital Strategy
– Website Maintenance


2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain payments made to BrightTokens Studio are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

– Initial deposits or advance payments required to start a project
– Fees for work already completed or hours already spent on the project
– Third-party service fees (e.g., hosting, plugins, domain registration, or third-party integrations)

These payments cover the time, effort, and resources allocated to your project.


3. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will be considered only under the following conditions:

Service Not Yet Started:
If you cancel your project before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative or setup fees).

Project Delay (Caused by BrightTokens Studio):
If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the timeline stated in your project agreement, and no mutual extension has been agreed upon, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the incomplete portion of work.

Duplicate Payment:
If you are charged twice due to a technical or billing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full after verification.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@brighttokens.studio with the following details:

– Full name and contact information
– Project name or invoice number
– Reason for the refund request
– Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Once received, our team will review your request within 7–10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your financial institution.


5. Project Cancellation

By the Client:
If a project is canceled after work has begun, a refund (if any) will be determined based on the amount of completed work and resources allocated up to the cancellation date. BrightTokens Studio reserves the right to deduct reasonable fees for work performed and expenses incurred.

By BrightTokens Studio:
If a project is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to complete the project, a fair refund will be issued for the uncompleted portion of work.


6. Changes to the Refund Policy

BrightTokens Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
