Since all our services are digital, no physical products are shipped to clients.


2. Delivery of Digital Products

All digital deliverables, including design files, source code, credentials, and related documentation, are securely delivered through one or more of the following methods:

3. Delivery Timeline

4. Download and Access Issues

If you experience difficulties accessing or downloading your digital deliverables, please contact us immediately at support@brighttokens.studio.
Our team will ensure your files are re-sent or made available via an alternative method within 1–2 business days.


5. Ownership and Access

Ownership of digital deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.
Until payment is completed in full, all files, designs, and code remain the exclusive property of BrightTokens Studio.

Once ownership has been transferred, clients are responsible for safely storing their files.
BrightTokens Studio is not liable for any data loss, accidental deletion, or file corruption after final delivery.


6. Revisions and Updates

If your project includes revisions, maintenance, or post-launch support, updated files or credentials will be shared digitally through the same secure delivery channels mentioned above.
All revisions or updates will follow the agreed-upon project timeline or maintenance terms.
